Introduction
This document governs the General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) for purchasing products through the website www.naviontruck.us, owned by NavionTruck World Media, S.L. and marketed under the brand NavionTruck (hereinafter referred to as the “PROVIDER”). These Terms remain published on the website for the USER to review and save, and may be updated at any time by NavionTruck World Media, S.L.. The Terms in effect at the time of ordering will apply. The PROVIDER stores the electronic purchase document and makes it available to the USER upon request.
No special formalities apply to this agreement, except as required by applicable laws or commercial codes.
By accepting these Terms, the USER acknowledges that they:

- Possess the legal capacity to enter into contracts;
- Agree to comply with all obligations stated in these Terms.
These Terms are valid indefinitely and apply to all purchases made through the PROVIDER’s website. The PROVIDER complies with the regulations of all countries where it ships and may modify these Terms unilaterally, without affecting prior or ongoing purchases.

The USER, registered with a username and password, is responsible for safeguarding those credentials and for the accuracy of the personal data provided.
Purpose of the Contract
This contract regulates the purchase relationship established when the USER accepts these Terms during the online order process. The purchase involves the delivery of a product in exchange for the price displayed on the website.
Data Correction
If the USER detects any error in the published data or documentation generated during the contractual relationship, they may report it via info@naviontruck.com for correction. The USER may also update their personal information through their account.
Purchase Procedure
To access the products or services, the USER must be of legal age or an emancipated minor and must create an account. The USER must provide accurate information, which will be processed in accordance with GDPR and applicable U.S. privacy laws. The USER agrees to use their credentials responsibly and report any loss or unauthorized use.

1. General Terms of Contract
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms. No provision made by the USER shall prevail unless expressly accepted in writing by the PROVIDER.
2. Shipping and Delivery
No order will be shipped until payment has been verified.
Deliveries are generally made by GLS and DHL or equivalent carrier to the address provided by the USER.
Shipping will be processed once product availability and payment have been confirmed.
Estimated delivery time ranges between 2 and 12 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method. An estimated delivery date is provided prior to order confirmation.
Failure to Perform Distance Contract
If a product or service is not available within the stated time, the USER will be notified and may cancel the order for a full refund, without cost or liability for damages. If reimbursement is unjustifiably delayed, the USER may claim double the amount owed, without prejudice to further compensation.
3. Right of Withdrawal
The USER has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product (or from the conclusion of the contract in the case of services) to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
Each return must be requested via form or email at sales@naviontruck.com, indicating the invoice or order number to receive a return authorization.
If the return is made without the original packaging or arrives damaged, the PROVIDER may deduct $40 after prior notice.
After receiving the return number, the product must be shipped, clearly indicating that number, to: NavionTruck World Media, S.L., Calle Salzillo 9, 1º E, 04740 Roquetas de Mar (Almería), Spain. Return shipping costs are the USER’s responsibility.

5. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond their reasonable control. Obligations will resume once the event ceases.
6. Jurisdiction
The USER may not assign any rights or obligations without the PROVIDER’s written consent.
If any clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable. The USER acknowledges having read and fully accepted these Terms.
7. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or relating to the products or services covered by these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of the USER’s domicile or the place of performance of the obligation.
