All NavionTruck products include 1 year of warranty against manufacturing and operational defects.
Conditions
- Duration: 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Coverage: Manufacturing and operational defects not caused by misuse or negligence.
- Required documents: Invoice/receipt and product serial number.
Exclusions
- Damage due to misuse, drops, liquid exposure, or lack of maintenance.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Products with no serial number, tampered with, or out of warranty period.

- Attach proof of purchase and serial number.

Free Extended Warranty: Up to 2 Years
Enjoy an additional year of warranty (total 2 years) by leaving a review on the product page. You’ll also receive 1 year of post-sale support for free.
How It Works
